So last week I was emailed proofs of Sophia's school pictures and we all agreed we liked the first one best, but we all knew we wouldn't be buying any of them. I wish I could give you the comparison to show you why.
I am so glad that I have made it a point every year to take her school portraits. There's nothing fancy about them. I like to keep them simple but a little bit more creative. I usually photograph her right outside my front door with a chair, globe or a stack of old books. I never use a flash, just the great light mother nature provides. I am always so glad I did it!
